SIX ABZ Studio Booking Policy
Booking Policy
By reserving a class, private session, or event with SIX ABZ Studio, you agree to the following policies and studio guidelines.
Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after class begins may not be permitted to enter class and may forfeit their reservation.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene purposes. Grip socks are available for purchase in studio.
Cancellation Policy
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty. Any cancellation, class change, or reschedule made within the 12-hour window will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a reserved class without canceling in advance will incur a $20 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist through the booking platform. When a spot becomes available, clients may be automatically added into class based on waitlist position. If you are added into class within the 12-hour cancellation window and can no longer attend, the late cancellation policy will still apply. Clients are responsible for monitoring and managing their waitlist reservations.
Private Sessions & Events
Private sessions and private events may require additional notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please contact the studio directly regarding private booking arrangements.
Studio Etiquette
To maintain a focused and comfortable class environment, phones should remain on silent during class and filming during sessions is not permitted unless approved by the studio.
Children & Pets
Children under the age of 16 and pets are not permitted inside the studio. Registered service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
Health & Safety
Clients should consult a physician prior to participating in any fitness program. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, under medical care, or have physical limitations, please notify your instructor prior to class participation.
Refund Policy
All memberships, class packages, private sessions, events, retail purchases, and single classes are final sale and non-refundable.
