These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SIX ABZ Studio website, booking platforms, studio facilities, classes, memberships, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in Services offered by SIX ABZ Studio LLC.

All memberships, class packages, sessions, retail purchases, and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Memberships designated as recurring automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with studio policies. Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and managing membership status through the booking platform.

By reserving a class or service, clients agree to comply with all published booking, cancellation, late arrival, waitlist, and no-show policies maintained by SIX ABZ Studio LLC.

Participation in physical exercise, fitness instruction, reformer-based training, and related activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, disability, or death. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s sole risk.

Clients acknowledge that they are physically capable of participating in Services offered by the studio. Clients are responsible for consulting a physician prior to participation and for informing instructors of any injuries, pregnancies, medical conditions, or physical limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, SIX ABZ Studio LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives, shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in studio activities, use of the website, or use of studio facilities.

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, text, videos, photographs, website materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to SIX ABZ Studio LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

The studio may occasionally capture or repost photography or video content for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes. Clients who do not wish to appear in studio content must notify the studio in writing.

SIX ABZ Studio LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, pricing, memberships, policies, studio rules, Services, or website content at any time without prior notice.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SIX ABZ Studio ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, order updates, account alerts, promotional offers, customer support follow-ups, and other service-related communications. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You may receive up to 10 messages per week. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
